Supervisor Care Coordination (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within Arkansas or a border city; local and regional travel required, approximately 20%

Salary: $63,600–$114,600 per year

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day care coordination activities and address member and provider issues.
• Review transition-of-care documentation and service assessments for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Assign caseloads based on member needs, state requirements, and contractual standards.
• Coach, guide, and evaluate care coordination team members, including feedback on performance and career milestones.
• Support onboarding, hiring, and training while ensuring service-level, quality, and KPI expectations.
• Oversee telephonic, digital, home, and site outreach and travel for field training, regional meetings, and leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Must reside in Arkansas or a border city.
• Valid driver’s license, child and adult maltreatment checks, and drug screening are required for the Arkansas Total Care plan.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% and support members in the community.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Residence within or near Sebastian or Crawford County.
• Residence in Washington, Logan, Scott, Franklin, or Yell counties.
• Experience working with Behavioral Health or Developmental Disabilities populations.
