Marketing Specialist – Life Sciences

Salary: $33.00–$48.00 per hour ($68,640.00–$99,840.00 annually)

hirify.global is a law firm with a Marketing and Client Development organization supporting its practice groups and clients.

What you will do

• Maintain practice descriptions, brochures, digital bios, and external legal directory profiles.
• Keep practice-specific CRM contact lists and relationship data accurate for campaign segmentation.
• Coordinate marketing kits and attendee materials for practice-led events and initiatives.
• Prepare recurring reports on practice activities, pitch volume, and pipeline status.
• Enter matter details and credentials into the firm’s experience database.
• Track sponsorships, deadlines, deliverables, and administrative support for large-scale business-unit projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable marketing or business development experience.
• Prior professional services and/or B2B marketing experience.
• Demonstrated industry experience in life sciences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, judgment, and confidentiality.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
