Marketing Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $70,304–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-level marketing and administrative support to commercial real estate brokerage producers.
• Partner with brokers, research, marketing, and client service coordinators to support office and client objectives.
• Gather and curate content for brochures, flyers, broker opinions of value, advertising, direct mail, and other marketing materials.
• Create aerial and retail maps, social media tiles, email marketing assets, and website edits.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow hirify.global brand guidelines and branded templates.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering organized, high-quality work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing services experience in commercial real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
