Tradeshow & Events Marketing Specialist (Biopharma)

Location: Lancaster, PA, USA; must reside within a commutable distance to the Eurofins Lancaster campus.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze tradeshows, webinars, seminars, meetings, and corporate events across North America.
• Manage event requirements, contracts, schedules, budgets, booth procurement, registration passes, hotel blocks, venues, catering, rentals, and logistics.
• Coordinate webinar programs from planning through post-webinar analysis, working with marketing colleagues, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Execute event promotions, content, promotional deliverables, lead capture, and lead management processes.
• Serve as the point person during events and oversee setup, audiovisual requirements, teardown, and cleanup.
• Track event costs against marketing budgets and complete post-show reporting and related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least two years of experience in tradeshow and event planning.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site within commuting distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
