TL;DR

Commercial Marketing Lead (Life Sciences): Driving commercial strategy and sales enablement for AI-enabled precision health solutions with an accent on portfolio synthesis and buyer persona expertise. Location: Must be based in or able to work in San Bruno, California. Applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization in the United States.

Salary: $149,000–$223,000 (Base salary only)

What you will do

  • Synthesize diverse product capabilities into cohesive, high-value narratives for the Life Sciences market.
  • Develop and own end-to-end campaign strategies to drive pipeline generation and commercial velocity.
  • Create foundational commercial toolkits, including playbooks, pitch decks, and ROI calculators.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement messaging interventions to move deals from discovery to closed-won.
  • Influence the product roadmap by translating customer feedback and market gaps into commercial requirements.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale the delivery of commercial assets and strategic market research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • 5-7+ years of specific experience in B2B HealthTech, Life Sciences, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to enable sales teams within complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
  • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience specific to Top 40 Pharma.
  • Strong ability to present to audiences ranging from C-Suite to engineering levels.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
