Salary: USD $120,051β$171,072 annually. Target annual bonus varies by role level.

What you will do
- Execute market development strategies across cell and gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and microbiology.
- Identify market opportunities and translate insights into strategies that increase adoption of USP Biologics standards and reference materials.
- Build relationships with biologics manufacturers, raw material suppliers, analytical laboratories, distributors, and industry organizations.
- Generate sales opportunities and support market penetration, brand awareness, revenue growth, and gross margin improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, scientific affairs, digital marketing, and regional marketing teams.
- Analyze competitors, customer and pipeline data, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports while supporting voice-of-customer initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences or a related science field, or a business degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 5β6 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical or life science tools industry, including knowledge of local markets, manufacturing trends, and industry contacts.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, FDA and government regulations, and compendial and industry standards.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, problem-solving, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Copilot, plus experience with data querying, analysis, and reporting; flexible hours are required to support global time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Sales or global marketing experience with standards, controls, or reference materials.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, quality control, quality assurance, or GMP.
- Knowledge of USP products and services.
