Project Manager - New Product Development (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Perry, Oklahoma, United States, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion

Salary: $78,600–$120,000 annual pay range, plus potential incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional new product development projects from conceptual approval through completion and production startup.
• Create work plans, develop schedules, and maintain project documentation for each project phase.
• Track product cost targets, project budgets, scope, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate resources and project priorities with other project managers, resource managers, team members, and organizational stakeholders.
• Drive timely decisions, resolve project conflicts and issues, and communicate project status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes while maintaining leadership, productivity, and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of project management or related experience in new product development.
• Successful completion of at least one new product project from kickoff through production startup.
• In-depth understanding of the new product development process and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with critical chain methodology and TTC 1PDS.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
