Project Management Leader

Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple electronic service tool integration projects of varying scope and timelines.
• Define project scope, schedules, costs, validation requirements, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project status and progress against commitments to support on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate plans and deliverables with third-party electronic service tool suppliers.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans through regular project reviews.
• Drive action-item closure, technical issue resolution, and invoice-processing activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, engineering, science, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience with an associate’s degree, or 4 years without one.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong planning, execution, organization, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams, technical leads, suppliers, and program stakeholders.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technical aptitude and experience communicating technical details.
• Experience supporting product development process programs.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or science.
