What you will do

• Manage day-to-day academic operations, faculty schedules, workloads, performance, and teaching standards.
• Implement BSN academic strategy and support curriculum delivery across courses, labs, simulations, and workshops.
• Recruit, select, onboard, develop, evaluate, and retain qualified nursing faculty.
• Use student success data to improve curriculum delivery and outcomes, including NCLEX pass rates, enrollment, retention, and persistence.
• Coordinate clinical placements, resource allocation, budgets, and capital requests with academic leadership.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and accreditation standards while supporting program expansion and academic initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required; doctoral degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered professional nursing licensure required.
• At least 2 years of nursing education experience at the bachelor’s level or above.
• At least 2 years of simulation and/or clinical experience development or participation.
• At least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, conflict resolution, budget planning, resource management, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of acute patient care experience in trauma, emergency, or medical-surgical settings.
• Doctoral degree in nursing.
