Indirect Procurement Buyer

Location: Ohio, United States — field-based; limited business travel may be required.

Salary: $67,800–$79,800 per year.

What you will do

• Support sourcing projects, including market analysis, RFQs, negotiations, contract initiation, and contract management.
• Build relationships with internal business partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Drive cost-saving and value-add initiatives while increasing spend under management.
• Analyze industry factors, financial impact, risk, business decisions, and total cost of ownership.
• Create, review, approve, and reconcile purchase orders as needed.
• Manage lease reporting, catalog vendors, and product assortments in Ariba.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience with one or more targeted products or services.
• Negotiation skills and an analytical approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, act autonomously, and escalate issues when needed.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; GSuite experience is a plus.
