Procurement Specialist (Indirect Materials/ Services)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles for indirect categories including services, MRO, and CAPEX.
• Conduct RFx activities, prepare pricing comparisons, and execute sourcing processes in the procurement system.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, contracts, and long-term agreements while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, material code creation, contract reviews, acceptance processes, and invoice processing.
• Track cost savings, service levels, and on-time payment KPIs.
• Partner with vendors, Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders, and lead procurement process training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focused on indirect categories such as CAPEX, services, or MRO.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Project management experience and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting procurement for construction projects is preferred.
