Indirect Sourcing Manager (Procurement)

Location: Edgewood, Maryland, United States

Salary: $107,200–$176,880 per year, plus a competitive Business Profit Plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories across the Americas.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, onboarding, and contract management.
• Build supplier relationships and manage performance through KPIs, SLAs, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to align sourcing strategies and contracting processes.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings, improve procurement processes, and increase spend under management.
• Support category strategy implementation and adoption of digital procurement tools such as e-sourcing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience analyzing data and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Ability to work across multiple indirect categories in a global, fast-paced environment.
