Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle Cloud PPM & Grants)

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% for client and internal project teams.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Grants Management implementations supporting post-award research administration.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Configure solutions and oversee testing, training, and end-user support.
• Partner with technical teams on conversions, integrations, reports, and Oracle AI solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
• Mentor hirify.global staff and contribute across projects of varying scale and duration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, including Awards, Project Financial Management, Project Costs, Contracts, Customers, and Receivables.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Expertise in post-award research administration, preferably in higher education.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, interpersonal, and cloud enterprise solution skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

• Oracle certifications.
• Oracle VBS and AI Agent Studio experience.
• Oracle Labor Distribution experience.
