Production Supervisor (1st Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Beverly, MA, United States; onsite production role supporting employees across all three shifts. Flexible hours are required, including occasional early morning, evening, or off-shift coverage.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 USD annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Supervise manufacturing employees across three shifts and support personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications, process orders, inspection requirements, and other controlled documentation.
• Oversee manufacturing and measurement equipment, escalating operating issues and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
• Create and maintain daily production schedules while meeting due dates and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop and train manufacturing floor staff, maintain the versatility matrix, and define training targets.
• Support process, product, and tooling validations, 5S audits, 5S maintenance, and scrap reduction projects.

Requirements

• At least four years of manufacturing experience as a lead or supervisor.
• Understanding of manufacturing work environments and quality standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English.
• Flexibility to cover early morning, evening, and off-shift operations when needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Bilingual language skills.
