What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in recommended serial testing over time.
• Simplify provider and patient ordering and scheduling so the next step and due dates are always clear.
• Improve physician portal, EHR, and patient portal experiences that support continued testing.
• Partner across commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering teams, including health-system and lab integrations.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, define and measure success, and align with senior/executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital product management experience.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business.
• Strong product and UX judgment, including ruthless prioritization and balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code/Cursor, LLMs, agents, prototyping tools) and using them to accelerate product development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
