Senior Support Network Engineer (ISP and Fixed Wireless): Supporting and optimizing ISP and fixed wireless network infrastructure for U.S.-based B2B customers with an accent on MikroTik and Cisco equipment, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity. Focus on troubleshooting OSPF and BGP networks, deploying PTP/PTMP links, resolving outages, and maintaining high network availability during U.S. business hours.
Location: Remote from Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil; U.S. Business Hours required

is hiring on behalf of a client that builds and maintains ISP and fixed wireless network solutions for U.S.-based B2B customers.
What you will do
- Provide customer-facing technical support for mission-critical ISP and fixed wireless connectivity.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik and Cisco routers and switches across core and edge networks.
- Monitor network health, resolve outages, and maintain high network availability.
- Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot Fixed Wireless Access infrastructure, including PTP and PTMP links.
- Support Cambium, Ubiquiti/UniFi, Aviat, Siklu/Ceragon, Starlink, managed Wi-Fi, wireless mesh, and backhaul solutions.
- Implement and maintain OSPF and BGP routing while optimizing network performance and stability.
Requirements
- Remote work from Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil during U.S. business hours.
- Flawless written and verbal English communication.
- Previous experience in customer-facing technical support.
- Hands-on experience with fixed wireless/WISP technologies, including Starlink, managed Wi-Fi, Cambium, Ubiquiti/UniFi, and Siklu/Ceragon.
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting MikroTik and Cisco equipment, as well as implementing and supporting OSPF and BGP.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting PTP and PTMP wireless networks, with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms.
- ITSM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- Experience with 4G/5G networking or Peplink SD-WAN.
- CCNA, Network+, or equivalent certification.
