Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Miami-South, FL) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Neuroscience)

Location: Miami-South territory in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States; regular in-person and virtual visits to healthcare professional offices and mental health community centers, with periodic domestic travel.

What you will do

• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned Miami-South territory.
• Engage healthcare professionals and mental health community centers in person and virtually, tailoring compliant discussions to customer needs.
• Build product and disease-state knowledge to conduct in-depth clinical discussions about neuroscience and neuropsychiatric disorders.
• Develop local strategic and tactical plans with the Regional Business Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Manage territory resources, budgets, expenses, sales-call data, samples, and administrative reporting.
• Monitor local market dynamics, customer needs, formulary approvals, and business opportunities while sharing insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from active-duty military service.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Strong customer focus, communication, decision-making, collaboration, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, assess performance, identify opportunities, and communicate technical information to diverse customers.
• Ability to support the assigned Miami-South territory, including client visits and occasional overnight and domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar sales experience.
• Conversational Spanish in addition to English.
• Interest in learning emerging technologies such as AI.
