Neuroscience Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sales)

Location: Remote sales role; must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from South Bend, Indiana, in the United States.

Salary: $107,362–$166,750 annually, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers on product access, approved on-label information, and established patient-care guidance.
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, directing requests to Customer Service Specialists and other colleagues when appropriate.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes with local and regional leaders.
• Collect customer feedback and local market insights, then elevate opportunities to the Area Business Lead.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and ecosystem colleagues to adjust targeting and territory call-point plans compliantly.
• Use competitive data, business reports, promotional materials, and clinical references to support territory planning and effective sales presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3 years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of clinical healthcare experience, such as Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN, or a similar role with patient-facing, medical education, or therapy-focused responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and product information, interpret scientific data, and present clear practical value propositions.
• Understanding of regulatory standards, ethical business practices, and compliant execution of business activities.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from South Bend, Indiana.
