Director, MEP Inventory

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico / Las Cruces–Doña Ana County; 15–20% domestic travel required. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $182,000–$204,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage MEP mechanical and electrical equipment inventory and serve as the primary interface between sourcing and construction project teams.
• Align vendor proposals and purchase orders with project equipment requirements and construction schedules.
• Contribute to equipment RFPs, review and approve vendor proposals, and manage vendor clarifications.
• Review equipment submittals, attend MEP coordination meetings, and support resolution of equipment coordination issues.
• Attend factory witness tests and equipment inspections while documenting MEP issues and changes.
• Manage complex purchase orders from origination through completion and improve supply chain systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in a procurement-related field.
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of a comprehensive background screening.

• Experience with ERP, procurement, and analytical systems.
• Experience with inventory management and purchase order management.
