Location: Santa Ana, California or Jersey City, New Jersey; remote and hybrid candidates may also be considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office must work onsite most of the time. Up to 30% international travel is required, with a current valid passport.
Salary: $173,000–$208,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do
- Lead complex supplier negotiations covering pricing, service levels, capacity, liability, indexation, and termination terms.
- Own global direct and indirect supplier sourcing, segmentation, onboarding, qualification, rationalization, and contracting.
- Build category strategies, sourcing roadmaps, make-versus-buy analyses, dual-source plans, and supplier continuity programs.
- Design and operate supplier performance management through scorecards, KPIs, business reviews, escalation paths, and corrective action plans.
- Deliver validated savings and cost avoidance while reporting supplier risk, cost, capacity, and performance trends to executives.
- Standardize supplier processes, master data, documentation, and tooling across sites and regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain, including 5+ years leading teams and managers.
- Demonstrated ownership of a supplier performance management program and experience negotiating complex, high-value supplier agreements.
- Experience managing international suppliers and multi-region supply bases, including time zones, currencies, and cross-border logistics.
- Strong supply chain analytics, executive communication, and recommendation-building skills.
- Experience building processes in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. U.S. work authorization is required; uses E-Verify.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
- CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with high-volume, high-SKU-variability operations in aerospace, automotive, collectibles, or consumer products.
- Experience supporting new facility launches and qualifying local suppliers in new geographies.
