Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN; local support required with approximately 2–3 days per week onsite, subject to client needs

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of construction projects while managing components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Represent the client as an owner’s representative and support informed project decisions.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and add-services opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience and a strong understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• 2+ years of Primavera P6 experience with ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
