Salary: $128,260.00–$146,017.59 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate and analyze data center development projects during preconstruction.
• Create and maintain conceptual project budgets and schedules from schematic or feasibility-level documents.
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering to identify savings and improve project efficiency.
• Track design changes, prepare estimate variance summaries, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review construction documents, develop project strategies, manage risks, and support successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance, general contractors, design partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of preconstruction experience; experience with data centers or other mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Experience leading multiple projects through the preconstruction phase.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and industry-standard estimating and scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, creative-thinking, communication, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
