Senior Scheduler (Construction Scheduling)

Salary: $133,000–$156,000 annually

What you will do

• Participate in logistical, delivery, and workforce planning with project personnel.
• Develop and maintain critical path method schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor baseline, update, and recovery schedules and provide feedback.
• Attend project progress and scheduling meetings and accurately track contractor progress.
• Coordinate with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.
• Identify improvements to scheduling procedures, templates, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Client-focused approach and commitment to delivering effective solutions.
• Ability to work onsite at the client's San Francisco location.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of construction scheduling processes.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.
• PMI or AACEI certification.
