Department Manager - Valley Fair

Location: 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA; onsite retail store role

Compensation: $30.34–$34.89 per hour; non-exempt, hourly position.

What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused store environment.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profits.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, retain, and develop store colleagues.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising on fashion, product presentation, garment care, and commercial execution.
• Oversee stockroom and sales-floor standards, deliveries, fitting rooms, checkout routines, omni services, opening, and closing.
