In Store Selling Manager- DFW( Alliance)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; on-site retail environment

Salary: USD $22.75 per hour; full-time, non-exempt

What you will do

• Lead the store’s Connections Selling Team and coordinate total-store events, product demonstrations, hospitality, and selling plans.
• Use reporting tools to communicate key performance indicators and improve customer engagement and sales.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and develop team members while managing performance-related matters.
• Plan promotional product orders, delivery schedules, displays, signage, merchandising, and event recaps.
• Manage department budget and payroll while controlling shrink and product costs.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, safety equipment, PPE, and required certifications in accordance with hirify.global and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, demonstrations and selling, customer service, or a related culinary arts field.
• Experience with inventory management and leading a team of five or more.
• Advanced customer service, interpersonal, influencing, merchandising, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a department, schedule partners, manage multiple priorities, and interpret safety and operational documentation.
• Food Safety Certification and completion of, or ability to complete, TABC Certification.
• Age 21 or older.

Nice to have

• Experience in catering, food presentation, large-scale cooking, ethnic food, or recipe development.
• Degree in culinary arts, nutrition, or home economics, or hirify.global Culinary certification.
