Plant Operator - 2nd Shift (Industrial Gas)

Location: Ringgold, Georgia, United States (plant-based). Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. second shift, with occasional extra hours as needed.

What you will do

• Operate and care for compressors, pumps, filling stations, forklifts, and other plant equipment.
• Support acetylene production, cylinder filling, cylinder transport, and quality checks.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and contribute to maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in team meetings and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work shifts and occasional additional hours.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in plant operations or industrial maintenance.
• Technical certification in industrial operations.
• Industrial gas experience.
