Early Career Program - Engineering - 2026-2027

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; relocation to the Columbus area is required if not already local. Full-time work begins in Columbus in June 2027. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Rotate across production, distribution, and North American headquarters locations in Columbus.
• Gain experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, IT, and marketing analytics.
• Create and implement process improvements for warehouse operations.
• Design dashboards displaying real-time production-floor updates.
• Build automation workflows to accelerate data gathering and sharing for sales teams.
• Participate in program activities, leadership presentations, mentoring, professional development, and community service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must graduate by May 2027 and be able to begin full-time work in Columbus, Ohio, in June 2027.
• Familiarity with or interest in learning SAP.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with local and international teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship; CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, and H-1B authorization are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with one or more coding languages.
• Leadership experience on or off campus.
• Current involvement in community service or a volunteer organization.
• Analytical mindset, global perspective, and flexibility in learning the business.
