Operations Co-op - Fall 2027

Location: Rotational position at hirify.global plant sites in the United States; location will be determined after offer acceptance in May 2027. Relocation is required and relocation assistance may be available to qualifying candidates.

Salary: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and location.

What you will do

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• Build project plans and lead or support projects through completion.
• Assist plant leadership with implementing operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Complete an operations assignment and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Controls, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be comfortable relocating now and in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must participate for at least two semesters, including one non-summer term.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent Google tools.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Experience in engineering student organizations or volunteer activities.
