Turbine Services Mgr (Power Generation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warrenville or Clinton, Illinois, United States

Salary: $158,400–$176,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead reactor turbine generator project teams supporting safe, reliable, and efficient refueling outage activities.
• Develop detailed plans, personnel assignments, work scopes, schedules, and budgets using life-cycle cost management systems.
• Coordinate with Clean Energy Center management and major vendor service organizations.
• Direct project completion and closeout of financial and technical documentation while promoting fiscal accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of outage processes across assigned Clean Energy Centers.
• Communicate technical, financial, and work-progress status while coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of power generation experience, or an associate’s degree and 10 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages.
• Ability to maintain required access qualifications and pass applicable medical examinations or testing.
• Experience coordinating technical work, budgets, schedules, and project personnel.

Nice to have

• Managerial experience involving strategic planning, goal setting, and budget management.
• Turbine or generator experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
