What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document clinical progress in the EMR.
• Lead support and psychoeducation groups, webinars, and workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to coordinate integrated continuity of care.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, and advanced psychiatric assessments.

Requirements

• Master’s-level licensed mental health clinician, such as an LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Candidates pursuing independent licensure must obtain it within two years of hire.
• BLS certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness and related psychological issues.
• Ability to use computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office, and complete EMR documentation promptly.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, minimal-supervision capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders with evidence-based methods.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management.
