Associate Therapist

Location: Remote from the United States; listed for Illinois. Work hours are 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $60,000–$63,000 annually. Additional compensation is available for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Assess clients and develop treatment plans based on their needs.
• Support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Apply knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses is not supported.
• A private work-from-home space is required for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
