Training Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate training and onboarding for new associates to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage the skills matrix and structure On-the-Job Training (OJT) documentation for the facility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training schedules using the Alchemy/Click & Learn system.
• Facilitate individual and group training events and become a certified OJT Facilitator.
• Maintain accurate training logs and documentation for audit purposes.
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify skill gaps and improve training practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work onsite at a manufacturing facility.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a production environment or training role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and data entry; experience with Oracle is highly desired.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
