Manufacturing Training Program Manager

What you will do

• Oversee daily processes for the Manufacturing Training Team and provide task-planning guidance.
• Deliver new-hire onboarding, hands-on, classroom-based, follow-up, retraining, and recertification training.
• Coordinate certification and recertification sessions, track training requests, and assign task owners.
• Observe on-the-job training, provide feedback, and establish completion targets with manufacturing leadership.
• Assess certification gaps and create summary reports for manufacturing and upper management.
• Provide feedback to improve certification programs, training processes, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2+ years of related training experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, multitask, lead the training program, and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to work across manufacturing, engineering, and support teams and communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Experience with Rack Build, Server Build, Warehouse & Safety, or Manufacturing Test training.
