Location: Store 37 - Beaumont - Beaumont, TX, United States; onsite retail position with varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Lead the overall success of the store by setting goals and translating company priorities into execution plans.
• Drive customer experience, sales growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, expense management, and daily store operations.
• Coach department and assistant store leaders and develop a team of 40-80 people.
• Analyze performance trends and customer insights to improve efficiency and execution.
• Build community relationships and partner with regional and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 10 years of retail experience, including 7 years of progressive leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading salaried leaders and retail teams of 40-80 people.
• Experience with customer service, sales, profitability, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Financial acumen covering budgeting, payroll, and expense control.
• Ability to work onsite in Beaumont, Texas, travel periodically to other stores, and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
