What you will do

• Lead and support industrial estimating activities for special projects and installations across the United States.
• Develop cost-effective and efficient estimates for new and existing clients in collaboration with the Industrial Sales Engineer.
• Meet with clients to understand challenges and present solutions at both technical and strategic levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather conceptual information and document detailed scopes of work.
• Communicate pipeline activity and provide timely updates across departments to support business growth.

Requirements

• Knowledge of industrial systems and industrial process piping construction estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or at least 7 years of experience with industrial refrigeration systems design, or 10 years of piping estimating experience.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates, balance competing priorities, stay organized, and multitask.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• General proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Previous military experience.
