Industrial Engineer (HVAC)

Location: West Union Plant, West Union, Iowa, United States

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 base annually, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus.

What you will do

• Implement new products and design changes across manufacturing facilities.
• Standardize products and processes across plants through exact duplication of builds and procedures.
• Become the product expert for assigned products across all manufacturing facilities.
• Document product builds and work instructions using Dozuki.
• Review and implement product engineering change notices at manufacturing plants.
• Lead process and project implementation, coordinate communication across plants, and address manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• 0–10 years of experience.
• Four-year technical degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Electrical skills and experience.
• Hands-on product exposure, multitasking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• AutoCAD or similar software experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
