Global Supply Chain Rotational Program, Business Intelligence Analyst I, New College Grad - Bachelor's (Austin TX)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $62,500–$86,000 per year.

What you will do

• Rotate through Business Intelligence, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management functions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, analyses, and other business intelligence solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Tableau.
• Analyze and interpret financial, statistical, supply chain, and operational data to support business decisions.
• Help resolve supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and lead time.
• Support commodity strategies, sourcing initiatives, cost-reduction opportunities, and Make vs. Buy analysis.
• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate them to suppliers.

Requirements

• Ability to complete the full 24-month rotational program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Proficiency with executive reports, presentations, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, written, oral, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work across organizational teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics, statistics, machine learning, Databricks, Tableau, R, SAS, SQL, or Python.
