Business Intelligence Developer II (AI/ML)

Location: Space Coast, Florida, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals due to ITAR/EAR export control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of SQL experience and familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to practical business problems.
• Experience with professional data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience building or contributing to internal dashboards, automation applications, or lightweight web tools.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and presenting data solutions.
• Must meet U.S. export control eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• 3+ years building models and reports with Databricks.
• Experience with Python, DBSQL, Spark, MLflow, or Databricks ML for automated pipelines and production ML models.
• Experience with Databricks Apps, React, Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks Dashboards.
• Experience automating Airtable, Odoo, or Smartsheet tools.
• Knowledge of hierarchical data structures, hardware bills of materials, production plans, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace.

What you will do

• Design and build data models supporting Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance processes, systems, and tools.
• Create dashboards and key metrics for program leadership, decision-making, and business reviews.
• Develop automated data pipelines using Python and SQL for engineering, supply chain, configuration management, production, and operations.
• Apply AI/ML techniques and deploy machine learning models for predictive insights and process improvements.
• Build lightweight applications and self-service analytics tools for SQMA and Manufacturing Operations.
• Partner with directors, engineers, and specialists to define analytics needs, lead cross-functional data modeling, and maintain data quality documentation.
