Senior Data Analyst (AI, Operations & Supply Chain)

Location: Minneapolis, MN; onsite work is required during standard business hours. Minimal domestic travel of less than 10% is required. U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Salary: $78,100.00–$128,500.00 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze transactional, demand, production, ERP, and operational data to identify inefficiencies, delays, and root causes affecting order flow and delivery.
• Build forecasting models and planning processes that improve inventory health, anticipate shortages and overages, and align supply with demand and production constraints.
• Develop dashboards, analytical models, and reusable tools that harmonize data from multiple ERP systems and sites into a single source of truth.
• Integrate agentic workflows and AI-enabled automation to convert unstructured supply chain data into actionable signals and automate manual decisions.
• Analyze spend, purchase price variance, supplier performance, and yield to identify savings and strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Lead analytics initiatives end to end, translate findings into recommendations for operational and executive audiences, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of data analytics experience, including operations and supply chain analytics, inventory planning, demand forecasting, databases, and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with hands-on experience using Python and multi-source data across ERP systems, locations, and tools such as Databricks.
• Experience with predictive modeling, regression analysis, correlation techniques, probabilistic forecasting, demand sensing, and statistical or machine learning models.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production scheduling, capacity planning, BOM structures, Lean or Six Sigma, and multi-site or multi-ERP environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without now or future requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, or other business intelligence tools.
• Background in supplier reliability, forecasting simulation, and process excellence.
