Sr Analytics Analyst - Inbound Logistics

What you will do

• Analyze inbound logistics and customs compliance data to produce actionable operational and strategic insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, data models, visualizations, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Build business-ready datasets, automated data pipelines, workflows, and recurring reporting processes.
• Establish data governance practices, business rules, metric definitions, and reporting standards to ensure data quality.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Customs Compliance, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Support cross-functional projects, executive reporting, process improvements, analytics adoption, and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience delivering analytics solutions for logistics, transportation, customs compliance, supply chain, distribution, or operational business functions.
• Experience translating business requirements into datasets, automated pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics workflows.
• Strong knowledge of advanced SQL, Incorta, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Python, APIs, or comparable analytics technologies.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, import/export, or supply chain analytics, plus the ability to evaluate AI and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
