Global Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Intern

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace. Relocation is available. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvement, automation, and advanced analytics across Global Supply Chain.
• Translate business questions into use cases, hypotheses, data requirements, and analytical approaches.
• Support dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics tools that improve supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, visualization, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Evaluate analytics and AI outputs against business outcomes to ensure practical and operationally relevant solutions.
• Research responsible AI and automation opportunities, support proof-of-concept projects, map processes, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in learning Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week in the hybrid role in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Coursework or project experience in analytics, statistics, data visualization, AI, machine learning, or process improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or other analytics tools.
• Exposure to data cleansing, data mapping, workflow documentation, user testing, or business requirements gathering.
• Interest in responsible AI, digital transformation, automation, supply chain optimization, and business partnership.
