Organizational Business Change Manager

Location: Washington, DC; hybrid schedule with one telecommute day

hirify.global is recruiting for a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization supporting enterprise-level culture change and technology adoption.

What you will do

• Partner with program, project, and implementation teams to align change strategies with business goals and facilitate adoption of technical and business solutions.
• Develop and lead change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, readiness assessments, sponsorship, and culture change activities.
• Measure system adoption, project success, critical success factors, and realized business benefits.
• Plan and deliver structured transitions between technologies and business processes, including role and responsibility definition.
• Create engaging presentations and advise, coach, and counsel executives, leaders, and frontline managers on organizational change and active sponsorship.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule while mentoring change management specialists and developing organizational change capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, industrial psychology, data analytics, communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of specialized business, organizational, or change management experience.
• Experience supporting the healthcare insurance or payor industry is required; CMS experience is preferred.
• Practical familiarity with the Prosci framework and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience developing enterprise technology adoption strategies, change assessments, plans, and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder leadership, influencing, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Prosci change management certification.
• Project management certification such as PMP.
• Prior CMS experience.
