Senior Change Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Facilitate integrated change strategies and implementation plans for technology, process, relocation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Monitor transition efforts to evaluate project effectiveness, user adoption, and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate change management workshops, training sessions, and change leadership activities.
• Assess end-user impacts, identify risks and resistance, and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Create job aids, reference guides, training modules, and other change implementation resources.
• Advocate for effective user experiences aligned with organizational values and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training facilitation experience.
• At least 2 years of change management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve communications, training, or change delivery.
• Prosci Change Practitioner certification or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of project management and/or additional change management experience.
• Knowledge of organizational change models or methodologies.
