Change Consultant

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid working with attendance in the office or at a client site a minimum of 3 days per week, and potentially up to 5 days per week at a client site.

What you will do

• Deliver complex digital transformation programmes, including large-scale ERP and major IT implementations.
• Translate operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans.
• Develop communication strategies, impact analyses, stakeholder engagement approaches, and training plans.
• Build credibility with executive stakeholders and align Executive Committees with delivery teams.
• Lead organisational change initiatives with measurable outcomes and embed new ways of working.
• Apply Agile methodologies, cultural change frameworks, and change management interventions.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in change management and transformation leadership.
• Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills, adaptability, resilience, and relationship-building ability.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and sectors in a consulting environment.
• Academic foundation such as an MSc or MBA.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management certification.
