Product Owner (ServiceNow)

Annual compensation: $130,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business process design for customer onboarding, case management, and CRM workflows in ServiceNow CSM.
• Own the product backlog, including user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into implementable ServiceNow requirements.
• Map legacy tools, data, and processes into a unified ServiceNow CSM solution, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Maintain process documentation, requirements, and traceability artifacts.
• Support UAT, validation, release readiness, and technical implementation planning with architects, developers, engineers, and program leadership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years supporting ServiceNow implementations and at least 3 years working with ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• At least 3 years supporting federal government programs and experience as a Product Owner or backlog owner in Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, including accounts, contacts, case management, portals, knowledge, SLAs, Flow Designer, playbooks, and lifecycle stages.
• Experience with data models, migration, APIs, IntegrationHub, external integrations, CSM/ITSM workflows, dashboards, KPIs, Performance Analytics, and role-based security.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain CAC credentials and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance if required by the program.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS-CSM, or CIS-ITSM certifications.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Security+ or equivalent, ITIL Foundation, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ServiceNow micro-certifications.
