Product Owner (ServiceNow Implementation)

Location: Hybrid, onsite 1–2 times per week in Reston, Virginia, United States

hirify.global is hiring for a client’s ServiceNow implementation project.

What you will do

• Develop and align product roadmaps with strategic business and technology goals.
• Build, manage, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog with business owners and technical teams.
• Define product vision, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Represent business needs to Scrum teams and accept or reject development deliverables.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Technologists, SMEs, customers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach team members and Product Owners in Scrum, Agile practices, backlog refinement, and delivery agility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an additional four years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 6 years as a Product Owner.
• Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow implementation as a Product Owner.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM modules is required.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps for digital product advancement, define product strategy, and support multiple Scrum teams.
• Ability to work with changing priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with demanding internal and external customers.

Nice to have

• Product Owner, Scrum/Agile, or ServiceNow certifications.
