Product Owner II (E-commerce)

Location: United States (Remote); occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $85,400–$96,050 gross annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, defining features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
• Translate technical information, workflows, and functional requirements into detailed stories for development teams.
• Represent user needs and collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, developers, testers, business, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize feature requests and defects while ensuring product quality and alignment with business needs.
• Manage the Jira project space and support customer-facing training and communication materials.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product ownership, business analysis, or development.
• Experience working as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in a multi-team Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with web technologies, API development, mobile-first design, app development, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of Internet technologies, web-based software development, functional testing, and validation.
• Experience working with offshore development teams and defect-tracking systems such as Jira, Confluence, or Visual Studio Online.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, prioritization, accountability, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native or serverless application development.
• Active certification such as CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP-PO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-ACP.
