Starting base pay: $95,161–$130,485 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, material flow, plant layouts, and product design changes.
• Investigate, purchase, and implement tooling and equipment, including moderately complex capital expenditure projects.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Improve manufacturability, material utilization, department layouts, machinery efficiency, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Lead safety, 5S, Lean, training, mentoring, and manufacturing quality management initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and manage cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, sales, finance, marketing, and product engineering.

Requirements

• Manufacturing Engineer II: 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience; Manufacturing Engineer Sr: 6–9 years required.
• CAD skills are required.
• Two-year associate degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• A four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience, SAP fluency, and Lean concepts experience are preferred.
• Ability to work in an office-based manufacturing facility and attend in-person meetings.
