Quality Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Redding, California, United States; onsite in the Redding manufacturing plant

Salary: $65k–$90k base annually, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus.

hirify.global manufactures commercial kitchen ventilation systems and integrated HVAC equipment, including fans, heaters, ductwork, and related systems.

What you will do

• Maintain total quality for assigned product lines, including procured parts, in-house components, assembly, functional testing, and finished-product packaging.
• Spend approximately 95% of the workday on the manufacturing floor auditing products and processes and implementing quality solutions.
• Review internal and external quality data to identify reliability, efficiency, and product-quality improvements.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and line technicians to improve production processes and output.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures with the Quality Manager.
• Present audit findings, initiate corrective actions, and support the facility QMS during third-party audits.

Requirements

• 0–10 years of experience.
• Four-year technical degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• Electrical skills and experience.
• AutoCAD or similar software experience.
• Multitasking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
