Human Resource Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Rosemead, California; employees are required to work and reside in California.

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year.

What you will do

• Manage one or more large, complex, mid- to long-term HR projects, including costs, methods, schedules, and outcomes.
• Support business plans and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide project insights and recommendations to HR leadership and other decision-makers.
• Lead change management activities, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Track project metrics, outcomes, satisfaction measures, dashboards, and project health reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams and third-party vendors to manage priorities and contract commitments.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in human resources project management or related project management roles.
• Experience managing large, complex projects affecting HR strategy and business objectives.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work and reside in California; the role requires reporting to an SCE facility on a set number of days.

Nice to have

• Experience leading HR projects, especially compensation or benefits projects.
• Project Management Professional certification or another project management certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices within a traditional or hybrid project framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
